Job Requirements
- Prior cleaning experience
- Ability to be punctual, dependable, and adaptable to change
- Follow instructions, company policies, and safety procedures
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Teamwork, professionalism, and integrity
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
- Able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50lbs occasionally and 20lbs regularly
- Able to bend, twist, and squat repeatedly
- Able to walk and stand for the duration of the scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Perform a combination of tasks that maintain hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner
- Keep work area clean and neat, free from dust and litter
- Load carts with supplies needed to perform duties
- Clean all guest rooms as assigned within the required time limit
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Vacuum carpets and move furniture as needed
- Dust and clean furniture and fixtures
- Clean mirrors, surfaces, windows, and walls
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms including showers, tubs, sinks, floors, and toilets
- Replace room amenities such as bathroom supplies and drinking glasses
- Empty wastebaskets
- Ensure guest room setup complies with standards
- Report discrepancies in room status to Inspector
- Turn in all Lost & Found items following standard procedures
- Fill out assignment sheets as rooms are completed
- Ensure all equipment is operational and supplies are sufficient
- Report equipment repair needs and supply shortages
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
