Job Duties
- Prepare guest rooms by cleaning and replenishing linens and supplies
- Ensure guest rooms meet the hotel's cleanliness and quality standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services
- Maintain an energetic, professional, and welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests
- Operate housekeeping equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members and management to maintain smooth housekeeping operations
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures related to safety and guest service
