Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for long periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must maintain professional appearance in line with hotel standards
- Good communication skills to interact courteously with guests
- Prior housekeeping experience is a plus but not mandatory
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Adherence to hotel uniform and grooming standards
Job Duties
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and hotel standards
- Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as required
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly
- Ensure carts and supply areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Greet guests warmly when encountered in hallways or public areas
- Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests
- Report lost and found items immediately according to policy
