Job Qualifications

- Poised and polished communication skills with a gracious and professional demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to work with discretion, efficiency, and autonomy
- Flexibility to support a variety of shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Physical capability and endurance to perform housekeeping duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- A sincere passion for elevated hospitality and creating personalized guest experiences
Job Duties
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to luxury hotel standards
- Ensure all rooms are impeccably organized and free of defects
- Restock room amenities and supplies according to hotel protocols
- Report maintenance issues and unsafe conditions promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to meet guest needs
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while working in guest areas
- Follow all safety and cleanliness regulations and procedures
