Job Requirements
- Ability to frequently stand, bend, climb, kneel, and move around facility
- Ability to carry, lift, or pull items up to 75 pounds
- Willingness to use commercial cleaning chemicals regularly
- Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic reading, writing and mathematical abilities
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English preferred

Job Duties
- Deliver on the promise of Sonesta Service in all interactions with guests according to G.U.E.S.T. standards
- Respond to guest complaints and special requests ensuring corrective action
- Clean and service assigned rooms or areas including beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, trash removal, and kitchen areas
- Notify supervisor upon completion of service and report unserviceable rooms
- Monitor laundry supplies and equipment, operate washers and dryers, inspect and fold linens
- Minimize waste of supplies and amenities in housekeeping areas
- Assist with deep cleaning projects
- Report needed repairs or unsafe conditions
- Handle lost and found items according to procedures
- Promote teamwork and quality service through communication and coordination
- Ensure compliance with health and safety laws
- Perform other duties as assigned
