Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public hotel areas
- respond promptly to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction
- stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
- follow company policies and procedures to uphold safety and quality standards
- maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and appearance
- perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- adhere to uniform and personal appearance standards
