Job Requirements

  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public hotel areas
  • respond promptly to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction
  • stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
  • follow company policies and procedures to uphold safety and quality standards
  • maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and appearance
  • perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • adhere to uniform and personal appearance standards
