Job Requirements
- No formal education is typically required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not mandatory
- Basic verbal communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, cleaning bathrooms, and washing floors
- Restock amenities such as towels, linens, toiletries, and other supplies
- Maintain public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and spot cleaning as directed
- Report maintenance issues like broken fixtures, damaged furniture, or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor
- Handle guest requests for extra amenities and escalate complex requests
- Adhere to safety procedures including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE
- Organize and maintain supplies ensuring proper storage and reporting low stock
- Perform turn-down service as assigned including tidying rooms and refreshing towels
- Assist with laundry duties such as folding linens and sorting soiled laundry
- Participate in team meetings and training
- Dispose of trash and recyclables according to procedures
- Report lost and found items to the supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned
