Job Requirements
- Must have developed reasoning abilities to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers
- ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
- ability to read and interpret business records and statistical reports
- able to regularly stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel
- reach with hands and arms
- stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- able to see differences in widths and lengths of lines

- able to work indoors in conditions protected from weather with possible temperature variations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or related hospitality role preferred
- ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions
- developed reasoning abilities to interpret instructions and perform calculations
- good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members
- attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Change bed linen daily
- vacuum carpeting
- dust all furniture including picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, dressers
- remove fingerprints and smudges from mirrors, windows, and shiny surfaces
- thoroughly clean bathroom areas such as showers, sinks, floors, and toilets
- ensure compliance with standard room setups
- report immediately any damage or missing items in rooms
- report personal guest items found in vacant rooms
- notify Executive Housekeeper about rollaways or cribs for pick-up and storage
- manage pass key responsibility ensuring it is turned in daily
- turn in lost and found items promptly
- report unusual circumstances including no luggage, no service needed, sleep outs, or extra guests
- shut off all lights, TVs, and air conditioners when leaving rooms
- assist housekeepers with additional cleaning tasks as assigned
