Job Duties

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and hotel standards
  • replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as required
  • inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly
  • ensure carts and supply areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • greet guests warmly when encountered in hallways or public areas
  • respond quickly and courteously to guest requests
  • report lost and found items immediately according to policy
