Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- availability to work part-time hours
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

- previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred

- physical ability to perform cleaning duties
Job Duties
- maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel
- communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
- clean guest rooms to company standards including but not limited to making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms completely, wiping down walls
- clean rooms within the minutes-per-room guideline established by the executive housekeeper and general manager
- follow company policy for room cleaning and security
- turn in all items left in guestroom to manager
- maintain complete security of master room key and return the key at the end of shift
- never leave the property with hotel property
- report any maintenance items that need immediate attention
- assist with laundry as needed
- report any missing or found articles or damage to the executive housekeeper
- provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel
- perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
