Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work full-time or part-time
- prior experience in housekeeping preferred
- good communication skills

- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks

Job Duties
- cleaning and servicing assigned rooms according to hotel standards
- clean and arrange guest rooms for guest arrival
- clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
- perform laundry duties as necessary
- stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
- ensure a high level of customer service at all times
- assist guests with requests and questions
- report any damages or repairs needed to management
- report all lost and found items to the housekeeping manager
