Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
- Ability to move housekeeping carts between rooms
- Ability to communicate effectively by talking and hearing
- Ability to see with close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to carry out cleaning duties efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services
- Experience in hospitality preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand and read room charts and hotel room types
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and clean guest rooms thoroughly to meet hotel standards
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities as required
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and supply areas
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure their comfort
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient room turnover
