Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including bending, stooping, lifting up to 20 lbs
- ability to follow safety and security protocols
- reliable and punctual

- ability to communicate in English with guests, management and team members
- ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments

Job Duties
- maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
- communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
- clean guest rooms to DKN Hotels' standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms completely
- clean rooms within the minutes-per-room guideline established by management
- follow DKN Hotels' policy for room amenities
- turn in all items left in guestroom to manager immediately
- maintain complete security of master room key and return key at end of shift
- never leave property with key
- report any maintenance items that need immediate attention
- assist with laundry as needed
- report any missing, found articles or damage to the Executive Housekeeper
- provide assistance to other team members and departments
- deliver DKN's "Home Away From Home" experience
- perform other duties as assigned by management
