Job Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Hotel experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift push or pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays as required
  • Positive attitude teamwork mindset and commitment to guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Housekeeping experience
  • Two years of housekeeping experience preferred
  • Two years of hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms thoroughly including bathrooms floors walls and all surfaces using proper cleaning tools and agents
  • Make beds replace linens and ensure all bedding meets cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Replenish towels amenities and supplies according to hotel brand standards
  • Vacuum carpets dust furniture clean mirrors and glass surfaces and sanitize high-touch areas
  • Stock and organize housekeeping carts and ensure readiness for daily operations
  • Greet guests courteously and respond promptly to requests with professionalism and warmth
  • Report any maintenance issues damage or safety concerns to management immediately
