Job Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Hotel experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift push or pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays as required
- Positive attitude teamwork mindset and commitment to guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Housekeeping experience
- Two years of housekeeping experience preferred
- Two years of hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service skills
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms thoroughly including bathrooms floors walls and all surfaces using proper cleaning tools and agents
- Make beds replace linens and ensure all bedding meets cleanliness and presentation standards
- Replenish towels amenities and supplies according to hotel brand standards
- Vacuum carpets dust furniture clean mirrors and glass surfaces and sanitize high-touch areas
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts and ensure readiness for daily operations
- Greet guests courteously and respond promptly to requests with professionalism and warmth
- Report any maintenance issues damage or safety concerns to management immediately
