Job Duties

  • Provide the highest level of customer care
  • Provide a friendly, helpful and responsive level of service for guests
  • Clean and service guest rooms to ensure sparkling cleanliness
  • Ensure hotel-wide cleanliness standards are maintained
  • Adhere to brand and quality audit standards in room preparation
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards
  • Attend all required training sessions
  • Report necessary maintenance items promptly
  • Comply with health and safety standards and report any breaches
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when addressing challenges
  • Undertake any reasonable requests from management
