Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues
- Replenish room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Follow health and safety standards and procedures
- Assist with laundry and linen services when necessary
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service
