Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues
  • Replenish room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Follow health and safety standards and procedures
  • Assist with laundry and linen services when necessary
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service
