Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean and supply all assigned guest rooms and guest areas according to department procedures and standards
- Ensure guest rooms meet high cleanliness and quality standards to exceed guest satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to address guest needs and requests
- Perform housekeeping duties including lifting, pulling, and pushing moderate weight items
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely service
