Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- physical capability to lift, pull, and push at least 20 lbs
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

- previous room attendant experience is preferred
- previous customer service experience is preferred

Job Duties
- clean and supply all assigned guest rooms or guest areas according to department procedures and standards
- ensure guest satisfaction through attention to room cleanliness and detail
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- maintain a positive and flexible attitude throughout the shift
