Job Duties
- cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds changing linens dusting vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms
- restocking guest room supplies such as toiletries towels coffee and other amenities
- inspecting rooms to ensure equipment and furniture are in good condition reporting maintenance issues
- assisting in cleaning and maintaining public areas including hallways lounges and restrooms
- following safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment
- providing courteous and professional guest service addressing requests and concerns promptly
- handling laundry duties including collecting washing folding and delivering linens and towels
- monitoring and reporting inventory levels of supplies and amenities
- preparing rooms for new guests ensuring cleanliness and comfort standards are met
