Job Requirements

  • Must be able to pass security clearance per company policy
  • Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for eight hours and perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, reaching, crawling and kneeling
  • Must be able to see and hear
  • Must be able to speak and understand English
  • Must display professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness at all times
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in lodging or similar hospitality roles helpful but not mandatory
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Professionalism and honesty
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and maintain service-centric approach
  • Basic knowledge of sanitation and cleaning procedures
  • Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner following company standards
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms daily maintaining specified time and accuracy constraints
  • Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart and supplies
  • Follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols as specified in training
  • Report discrepancies and hazardous conditions to Housekeeping Manager promptly
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining public and back-of-house areas including restrooms and stairwells
  • Respond immediately to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism
