Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform major life activities such as standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
- must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- must be able to stand for up to eight hours and perform physical tasks including bending, stretching, crawling, and kneeling
- must have vision and hearing capabilities
- must speak and understand English, additional languages helpful
- must pass security clearance as per company policy
- must display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
- maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
- organize and manage housekeeping supplies and cart
- follow established cleaning procedures and training checklists
- report any discrepancies or hazardous conditions to management
- assist in maintaining other hotel areas including associate lounge, restrooms, and stairwells
- respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
