Job Requirements

  • Must be able to perform major life activities such as standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
  • must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
  • must be able to stand for up to eight hours and perform physical tasks including bending, stretching, crawling, and kneeling
  • must have vision and hearing capabilities
  • must speak and understand English, additional languages helpful
  • must pass security clearance as per company policy
  • must display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities helpful but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
  • maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
  • organize and manage housekeeping supplies and cart
  • follow established cleaning procedures and training checklists
  • report any discrepancies or hazardous conditions to management
  • assist in maintaining other hotel areas including associate lounge, restrooms, and stairwells
  • respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
