Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
- restock guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other amenities
- inspect rooms for equipment and furniture condition and report maintenance issues
- assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lounges, and restrooms
- follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- provide courteous and professional service and address guest requests promptly
- handle laundry services including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
- monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
- prepare rooms for new guests ensuring standards of cleanliness and comfort
