Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility

Job Duties
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas to hotel standards
- Replace linens and towels, make beds, and restock room supplies such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and beverages
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, clean windows, and ensure all surfaces are spotless and sanitary
- Remove trash and recyclables from rooms and dispose of them properly
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items to the appropriate department
- Follow health and safety regulations and infection control policies
- Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to supervisors when necessary
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly and in accordance with training and safety standards
- Ensure daily assigned room quotas are completed efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain equipment and housekeeping carts in clean and good working condition
