Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weight
  • strong communication skills

  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest level of customer care
  • provide a friendly, helpful and responsive level of service for guests
  • clean and service guest rooms to ensure sparkling cleanliness
  • ensure rooms adhere to brand standards and quality audit standards
  • follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards
  • attend all required training sessions
  • report necessary maintenance items
  • ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • maintain a positive and friendly attitude
  • undertake other reasonable requests from management
