Job Requirements

  • Pass company security clearance
  • Ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift/carry 30 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or similar roles helpful but not mandatory
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, bending

Job Duties

  • Clean vacant dirty rooms to guest ready standards
  • Return occupied dirty rooms to an occupied clean status
  • Maintain a crisp and professional appearance
  • Keep housekeeping cart clean and orderly
  • Follow cleaning procedures and training checklists
  • Report discrepancies to Housekeeping Manager
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of other hotel areas
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately
  • Understand and follow emergency procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
