Job Requirements

  • Pass security clearance as per company policy
  • able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift/carry 30 pounds
  • able to stand for eight hours and perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, reaching, crawling, and kneeling
  • able to see and hear
  • able to speak, read, and understand English

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
  • ability to communicate in English, additional language skills a plus
  • knowledge of proper linen handling and sanitation procedures

  • ability to follow systematic cleaning procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
  • maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and organize supplies
  • follow cleaning procedures as outlined in training
  • maintain housekeeping cart in clean and orderly condition
  • respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
  • report discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager
  • assist in cleaning public and back of house areas
  • adhere to grooming and uniform standards
  • comply with safety and security measures
