Job Duties
- Stocks housekeeping bag to ensure enough cleaning needs, equipment and amenities are available
- Observes knocking procedures upon entering guest rooms
- Cleans assigned guest rooms and ensures amenities are stocked
- Completes housekeeping checklists accurately
- Marks rooms clean for supervisor inspection
- Reports any damages or hazards found in guest rooms
- Secures guest room doors upon exiting
- Keeps corridors and service areas neat
- Turns in all lost and found items and guest room keys
- Adheres to company policies and safety procedures
- Follows fire prevention and emergency procedures
- Utilizes protective equipment
- Reports unsafe conditions and accidents to management
- Maintains neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Assists other housekeeping personnel when needed
- Performs other related duties as requested by management
