Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical ability to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel or crouch
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently
  • Good vision including close vision and color vision
  • Finger dexterity to operate computer keyboard, calculator and other office equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to interact with all associates and guests of the hotel
  • Six months experience in similar role preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Anticipate guest expectations
  • Clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed or assigned
  • Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Demonstrate teamwork responsiveness when asked to do any task consistent with company standards
  • Follow all safety practices within the role and Lost & Found procedures
  • Maintain organization and great attention to detail
