Job Requirements

  • Must pass the appropriate security clearance per company policy
  • Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for eight hours and bend stretch reach crawl kneel
  • Must be able to see and hear
  • Must be able to speak read or understand English
  • Must display professionalism honesty and trustworthiness at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in similar positions such as lodging housing hospitals or care facilities is helpful
  • Knowledge of proper procedures for handling linens terry and other supplies
  • Understanding of sanitation and cleaning procedures for guestrooms and public areas
  • Ability to maintain guest privacy and follow systematic cleaning processes
  • Professional communication skills both with guests and co-workers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask while remaining service centric

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms
  • Use and organize supplies properly
  • Follow company standards and cleaning procedures
  • Assist with guest issues maintaining professionalism and hospitality
  • Report discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly
