Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of cleaning or janitorial experience
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 200 pounds
- basic reading and writing skills
- ability to adapt to changing situations and handle pressure calmly
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year of cleaning or janitorial experience
- hotel guest room cleaning experience preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- effective interpersonal skills including listening and teamwork
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- conflict resolution skills
- ability to maintain positive energy and self-motivation
- ability to keep sensitive information confidential
Job Duties
- clean and service guest rooms to ensure comfort and satisfaction
- assist in maintaining cleanliness of public areas
- respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- deliver items to guest rooms as requested
- provide turn down service and restock guest supplies
- assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
- collaborate with team members to meet and exceed guest expectations
