Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of cleaning or janitorial experience
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 200 pounds
  • basic reading and writing skills
  • ability to adapt to changing situations and handle pressure calmly
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum one year of cleaning or janitorial experience
  • hotel guest room cleaning experience preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • effective interpersonal skills including listening and teamwork
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • conflict resolution skills
  • ability to maintain positive energy and self-motivation
  • ability to keep sensitive information confidential

Job Duties

  • clean and service guest rooms to ensure comfort and satisfaction
  • assist in maintaining cleanliness of public areas
  • respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
  • deliver items to guest rooms as requested
  • provide turn down service and restock guest supplies
  • assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
  • collaborate with team members to meet and exceed guest expectations
