Job Requirements

  • Pass security clearance as required by the company
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and push or pull 60 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crawl, and stretch for extended periods
  • Good visual and auditory capabilities
  • Ability to read and comprehend English
  • Willingness to adhere to grooming and uniform standards
  • Capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Maintain professionalism and a service-centric attitude at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or similar service roles preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms according to brand standards
  • Organize and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
  • Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Assist in cleaning public areas and back-of-house spaces
  • Report discrepancies and unsafe conditions to management
  • Adhere to company security and privacy policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
