Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds dusting furniture vacuuming carpets and cleaning bathrooms
- Perform housekeeping duties such as removing trash replacing linens and towels and replenishing amenities
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Operate laundry services including washing drying and folding linens and towels
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Pay attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within established timeframes
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities and report shortages to supervisor
- Adhere to hygiene standards and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Support overall hotel operations by assisting with other duties as assigned
