Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms thoroughly including making beds and sanitizing bathrooms
- Restock guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and coffee
- Inspect room equipment and furniture, reporting maintenance issues
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas like hallways and lounges
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests
- Handle laundry services including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens
- Monitor and report inventory levels of supplies and amenities
- Prepare rooms for new guests ensuring cleanliness and comfort
