Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, reach, crawl, kneel
- able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds
- ability to see and hear
- must speak and read or understand English
- must pass company-required security clearance
- must display professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness
- must perform major life activities including learning, reading, concentrating, thinking and communicating
- willingness to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
- adherence to grooming and uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions such as lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities helpful but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Provides excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
- maintains cleanliness of guest rooms and organizes supplies
- follows all cleaning procedures and company standards
- cleans vacant and occupied rooms promptly and accurately
- maintains housekeeping cart and personal appearance
- reports discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager
- assists in cleaning public and back-of-house areas
- responds to guest requests and inquiries immediately
- adheres to safety and security procedures and emergency protocols
- performs other duties as assigned
