Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
- restock guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee
- inspect all room equipment and furniture for proper condition and report maintenance issues
- assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lounges, and restrooms
- follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment
- provide courteous and professional service while addressing guest requests or concerns promptly
- handle laundry services including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
- monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
- prepare rooms for new guests ensuring cleanliness and comfort standards are met
