This opportunity is with an independent franchise hotel owned and operated by NewcrestImage Management, a separate entity from Marriott International, Inc. As a franchisee, NewcrestImage Management independently manages all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices. This includes decisions regarding hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other employment terms and conditions. Job Requirements

- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Dash Group of Hotels standards as required by scheduling
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag
- Comply with Dash Group of Hotels standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
- Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties such as stocking guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including changing AC filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint and furniture, rehanging doors
- Disassemble furniture or items in the guest room as needed for deep cleaning
- Access and control sensitive areas of the hotel premises, including master keys and storage areas
- Maintain a high level of trust and responsibility
- Represent the company with good character and exercise sound judgment
