Job Requirements

  • Pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
  • Ability to stand for eight hours and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
  • Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
  • Ability to see, hear, speak, and understand English
  • Maintain a friendly professional image
  • Flexible availability including holidays and weekends
  • Willingness to adhere to grooming and uniform standards

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
  • Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and usage of supplies
  • Maintain guest privacy and adhere to cleaning procedures
  • Handle linens and other supplies properly
  • Report any hazardous conditions immediately
  • Maintain professional appearance and orderly housekeeping cart
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
