Job Requirements
- Pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
- Ability to stand for eight hours and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- Ability to see, hear, speak, and understand English
- Maintain a friendly professional image
- Flexible availability including holidays and weekends
- Willingness to adhere to grooming and uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions helpful but not mandatory
- Knowledge of guest room cleaning procedures
- Ability to communicate in English

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and usage of supplies
- Maintain guest privacy and adhere to cleaning procedures
- Handle linens and other supplies properly
- Report any hazardous conditions immediately
- Maintain professional appearance and orderly housekeeping cart
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
