Job Duties

  • Provide cleaning services including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and washing walls, windows, and mirrors
  • Replace linens and make beds in guest rooms
  • Replenish guest amenities in rooms
  • Respond to guests' special requests and complaints
  • Communicate effectively with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in designated hotel areas
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient hotel operations
