Job Duties
- Provide cleaning services including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and washing walls, windows, and mirrors
- Replace linens and make beds in guest rooms
- Replenish guest amenities in rooms
- Respond to guests' special requests and complaints
- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and order in designated hotel areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient hotel operations
