Job Requirements
- must be able to perform major life activities including standing lifting bending learning reading concentrating thinking and communicating
- must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and or carry 30 pounds
- must be able to stand for eight hours and perform activities such as bending stretching reaching crawling kneeling
- must be able to see and hear
- must be able to speak and read or understand English though additional language skills are helpful
- must display professionalism honesty and trustworthiness at all times
- must pass the appropriate security clearance per company policy
- must maintain a flexible work schedule including availability for holidays and weekends in a 24/7 operation

Job Duties
- provides excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
- responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms
- uses and organizes supplies appropriately
- cleans vacant dirty rooms and prepares them for guests
- maintains guest privacy
- follows all cleaning procedures systematically
- reports discrepancies to housekeeping manager
- assists in maintaining public and back of house areas clean and orderly
- responds to guest requests and inquiries promptly
- adheres to grooming and uniform standards
- maintains housekeeping cart cleanliness
- adheres to brand standards and best practices in room cleaning
- follows safety and security measures
- understands and follows emergency procedures
- performs additional duties as assigned
