Job Requirements
- Pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
- Be able to perform major life activities including standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
- Be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- Be able to stand for eight hours and perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, reaching, crawling and kneeling
- Be able to see, hear, speak, and read or understand English
- Maintain professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times
- Be available to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Comply with all company standards and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions such as lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures systematically

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
- Clean vacant dirty rooms to be guest ready and occupied rooms to a clean status within specified time and accuracy constraints
- Maintain a crisp, clean, and professional appearance adhering to grooming and uniform standards
- Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart
- Follow all cleaning procedures and training checklists
- Report any discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager
- Assist in maintaining other areas of the hotel such as lounges, restrooms, public areas, stairwells, and back-of-house areas
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately
- Have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and safety and security needs
- Perform other duties as assigned within capability
