Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including standing for extended periods
- good communication skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- commitment to professionalism and guest service

Job Duties
- keep the guest rooms clean and tidy
- restock guest room supplies and amenities
- maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests
- accommodate guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- develop the ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods
- maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings
- communicate to management any occurrences involving staff or guests in the hotel that require attention
- comply with LASR attendance policy
