Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including standing for extended periods
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to professionalism and guest service

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • strong attention to detail
  • capacity to work independently and responsibly
  • positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle guest requests and complaints professionally
  • willingness to participate in training and staff meetings

Job Duties

  • keep the guest rooms clean and tidy
  • restock guest room supplies and amenities
  • maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests
  • accommodate guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
  • develop the ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods
  • maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
  • regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings
  • communicate to management any occurrences involving staff or guests in the hotel that require attention
  • comply with LASR attendance policy
