Job Requirements
- Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- Must be able to stand for eight hours and perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, kneeling, crawling

Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions such as lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of guest privacy and security standards
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- Clean vacant dirty rooms to be guest ready and restore occupied rooms to a clean status
- Maintain a cleanliness and orderliness of housekeeping carts
- Adhere to all cleaning procedures in the company training and checklist
- Report any discrepancies or maintenance issues to housekeeping manager
- Assist in cleaning other hotel areas including lounges, restrooms, public spaces, and back of house
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Maintain a professional appearance adhering to grooming and uniform standards
- Follow safety and emergency procedures
- Perform other duties assigned and capable of performing
