Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, pull, more than 20 lbs often housekeeper carts can weigh more than 40 lbs or more to push, pull
- ability to stand for long period of time and perform repetitive motions, up to majority of scheduled shift
- flexible schedule to meet business needs
- detail-orientated individual who is able to focus his/her cleaning responsibilities, ensuring that each room set up is completed as required by the property
- ability to maintain a composed, gracious and professional attitude
- ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
- ability to work independently and efficiently
- successful completion of a background check as it relates to the responsibilities of the role

Job Duties
- Replenish items in rooms for guest use, including but not limited to towels, linens, and amenities
- accommodate and anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and professionally
- thoroughly clean the guest room and bathroom area as assigned, i.e. vacuuming, dusting, changing bed linen, emptying trash cans
- report any maintenance needs or items left behind from the guest to the appropriate department
- become familiar and knowledgeable with the hotel's safety and emergency procedures
- meet hotel and company standards of cleanliness
