Job Requirements

  • Follows instructions and communicates effectively
  • Works well independently or as part of a team

  • Can clean multiple room types and meet daily cleaning quotas
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Adheres to the policies and procedures of the hotel

Job Duties

  • Clean assigned guest rooms or suites including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Maintain cleaning protocols as per brand standards
  • Empty all trash containers and replace with fresh liners
  • Restock usable items in guest rooms such as soap, towels, amenities, and paper items
  • Ensure removal and appropriate disposition of guest room trays, glass, and silverware
  • Clean and vacuum exterior entry and hallways
  • Notify supervisor promptly of any special guestroom or suite issues including maintenance needs
