Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or similar profession
- Ability to walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for entire shift while cleaning and servicing guest rooms
- Ability to perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally or 20 pounds frequently
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of sanitation practices
- A proactive attitude towards cleanliness

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely room turnover and guest satisfaction
- Uphold health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning products and adherence to cleanliness protocols
- Provide friendly and attentive service at all times
- Ability to walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for entire shift while cleaning and servicing guest rooms
- Strip beds, remove soiled linen, terry and trash from guestrooms and take to the appropriate locations
- Check under beds and sofas for debris, clean bedroom and closet area, and make beds properly
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors to ensure guest room areas, balconies and hallways are free from debris
- Dust furniture, lamps, headboards, pictures, planters, chimney and chimney floor, clean kitchen counters, cabinets, drawers, refrigerators
- Clean bathroom counters, floors, showers and tub
- Report any missing or found articles, damage or maintenance problems to the Housekeeping Supervisor
