Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform manual cleaning duties for extended periods
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards including making beds dusting vacuuming and replenishing supplies
  • Ensure all guest amenities are stocked and properly maintained
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways public areas and service areas
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Assist with special guest requests and provide excellent customer service
