Job Duties
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
- Restocking guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and coffee
- Inspecting rooms for proper functioning of equipment and furniture and reporting maintenance issues
- Maintaining cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lounges, and restrooms
- Adhering to hotel safety and cleaning standards to ensure guest and staff safety
- Providing courteous and professional interaction with guests, responding promptly to requests and concerns
- Handling laundry services including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
- Monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities and reporting for restocking
- Preparing guest rooms to meet hotel standards of cleanliness and comfort
