Job Requirements
- Pass the appropriate security clearance per company policy
- Be able to stand for eight hours
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions such as lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities helpful but not mandatory

- Familiarity with sanitation and cleaning standards

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
- Clean vacant dirty rooms to guest-ready standards
- Return occupied dirty rooms to clean status within specified timeframes
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and stocked housekeeping cart
- Adhere to company grooming and uniform standards
- Follow all cleaning procedures and training checklists
- Report discrepancies and hazardous conditions to the Housekeeping Manager
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas including restrooms, stairwells, and back-of-house areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Understand and follow safety, security, and emergency procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned within capability
