Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds changing linens and replacing towels
- dust and polish furniture fixtures and mirrors
- vacuum carpets and mop floors
- clean and sanitize bathrooms including toilets sinks and bathtubs
- empty trash cans and replace trash bags
- restock guest rooms with amenities such as toiletries and linens
- clean and maintain public areas including hallways stairwells and lobbies
- sweep mop and vacuum public areas as needed
- empty trash cans and replace trash bags
- wipe down surfaces and sanitize high-touch areas
- respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department
- follow all hotel policies and procedures
- assist with laundry duties as needed
- participate in inventory control and supply management
- perform other duties as assigned
