Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms including beds, linens, bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
- Restock guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee
- Inspect rooms to ensure equipment and furniture are in good condition and report maintenance issues
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas like hallways, lounges, and restrooms
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests, addressing requests and concerns
- Handle laundry including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
- Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
- Prepare rooms for new guests ensuring cleanliness and comfort
